Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,034.31 points, marking a decrease of 8.46 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to a drop in the financial sector and material sector. Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 792.69 points, marking a decrease of 3.81 points below the previous closing. According to Bahrain News Agency, results indicated that 35 equity transactions took place with a volume of 17,109,268 worth BD 16,329,155. Investors traded mainly in the financial sector representing 99.49% of the total value of securities traded.
