Manama: The opening of the 24th University Officer Cadet Course took place at the Isa Royal Military College, graced by the presence of Major General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Assistant Chief of Staff for Manpower.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Major General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid delivered an address to officially inaugurate the course. He emphasized the importance of upholding the highest military values and ethics, which are deeply rooted in the principles of the Islamic faith and authentic Arab values. These principles, he noted, are essential for the officer cadets to serve with pride as defenders of justice and a source of strength for the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Major General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid extended his best wishes to all candidates, encouraging them to fulfill their duty to defend the Kingdom with determination and resolve.
