An Earthquake Of 4.6 Degrees Hits Eastern Turkey

An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale struck today, Sunday, Malatya, eastern Turkey.

The Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) stated in a statement that the tremor occurred at 18:36 local time in the Potorg region, at a depth of 7.06 km.

According to the statement, the extent of the damage caused by the earthquake was not revealed.
