The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Italian Republic, Dr. Nasser Mohammed Al Balooshi, met the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic, Manlio Di Stefano.
The Ambassador praised the depth of the distinguished relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Italian Republic, stressing the importance of continuing to strengthen cooperation and follow up on the implementation of the agreements and memoranda of understanding signed between both countries to meet common interests.
Manliu Di Stefano expressed his pride in the advanced course witnessed by the close relations existing between both countries, stressing his country’s aspiration to enhance cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain in various fields.
During the meeting, aspects of cooperation between both countries were discussed, especially with regard to the establishment of the Italian-Bahraini Business Council, which will be an effective contributor to increasing the volume of trade exchange between the two countries and opening new horizons for businessmen and other companies to work in the local markets, they also exchanged views on political and economic developments in the region.
