Amakin Advances Career Development of 68% of Employees Through Tamkeen

Manama: Bahrain Car Parks Company (Amakin) has significantly enhanced the career development of 68% of its employees through the Labour Fund's (Tamkeen) programmes. These initiatives include Enterprise Training Support, Leadership Employment, Wage Increment, and On the Job Training.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the support aligns with Tamkeen's 2025 strategic priorities, which aim to enhance the position and competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector. These priorities also focus on equipping Bahrainis with suitable skills for career development, prioritizing enterprise growth, and fostering digitisation and sustainability. Additionally, Tamkeen is committed to supporting the development of the ecosystem surrounding the labour market and private sector.

Over the years, Tamkeen has consistently supported Amakin through a variety of programmes, including the Wage Increment programme and the National Employment programme. The Labour Fund "Tamkeen" offers a wide range of programmes designed to support various enterprises and empower the private sector as a key driver of economic growth. It also delivers employment and career development initiatives aimed at making Bahraini talent the preferred choice in the labour market.
