Baghdad: The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, sponsored the graduation ceremony of the 29th qualifying course of the Higher Institute for Security and Administrative Development, and the 54th higher course for officers at the Police College.
