The Head of the Parliamentary Human Rights Committee, MP Arshad Al-Salihi, confirmed receiving a complaint regarding the torture of a young man from Kirkuk by security services affiliated with the regional government, in the Taq Taq area.
Al-Salihi confirmed that the Supreme Judicial Council will issue arrest warrants against those involved in the incident.
