Al Noor Charity Welfare Celebrates Successful Conclusion of 6th HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa Quran Award for Women


Manama: Al Noor Charity Welfare Society recently celebrated the successful conclusion of the sixth His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa Quran Award for women, with a closing ceremony held at the society’s headquarters. The event was supported by Her Highness Shaikha Lulwa bint Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Honorary President of the society.



According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikha Lamia bint Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, who serves as the President of Al Noor Charity Welfare Society and Chairperson of the Permanent Committee for Organising the award, highlighted the significance of the competition this year. She noted that the award has become one of the leading Quran competitions, attracting over 1,200 participants. She also expressed her gratitude for the continued support that has helped the initiative grow.



During the ceremony, winners were honoured across several categories, acknowledging their dedication and excellence. Additionally, Al Iman School for Girls received special recognition for having the highest number of participants. The award’s final rounds took place over the months of January and February, marking another successful chapter in its six-year history.
