(Al-Mangoush) is discussing with the Resident Coordinator of the United Nations efforts to follow up on the conditions of the displaced.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, “Naglaa Al-Mangoush,” met today, at the Ministry’s office in Tripoli, with the Deputy Special Representative and Resident Coordinator of the United Nations for Humanitarian Affairs in Libya, “Georgette Gagnon.”

Ministry sources stated that the meeting discussed the United Nations framework for cooperation in the field of sustainable development and the progress made in it, as well as the high-level meeting to be held in Tripoli to unify efforts under the umbrella of sustainable development.

The meeting also discussed efforts to follow up on the conditions of the displaced, coinciding with the session of the United Nations General Assembly on the displaced.
