The President of the Presidential Council, "Muhammad Al-Manfi," received today, Wednesday, in Tripoli, with the Ambassador of the Republic of France to Libya, "Mustafa Al-Mahraj."
The media office of the Presidential Council stated that the meeting discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries, the developments of the presidential plan to reach the elections in 2023, through the economic and reconciliation paths, and the assessment of the security and military track.
