The President of the Presidential Council, “Mohamed Al-Manfi,” met today, Monday, with the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, “Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir,” at the Council’s headquarters.
The Council’s media office stated that the meeting discussed ways to provide quick and direct financial support for relief and rescue efforts in the stricken cities in the east of the country.
