Speaker of the Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, held a joint meeting this morning, Sunday, with MPs of the Kurdistan Democratic Party bloc, in the office of Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Shakhwan Abdullah, to persuade them to return to the session to complete the vote on the draft budget law.
