The Head of the Government of National Unity, Abdul-Hamid Al-Dabaiba, made a phone call with the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell.
The communication office of the PM stated today that the phone call discussed cooperation in migration, security, and regional stabilization files in addition to green energy.
