Manama: Dr. Ilham Muhammad Shaheen, Assistant Secretary General of the Islamic Research Academy at Al Azhar, highlighted the importance of the Intra-Islamic Dialogue Conference, held under the theme "One Nation, One Shared Destiny", hosted by Bahrain under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Shaheen stated that holding the conference at this critical time for the Islamic nation reflects a genuine response to a call shared by all Muslims. She also commended Bahrain's leading role in hosting events that promote Islamic values and enhance solidarity among nations.
Dr. Shaheen expressed her appreciation to the Kingdom for bringing together scholars and thinkers, commending Bahrain efforts in supporting intellectual and scientific dialogue. She noted that participants are keenly anticipating the conference's recommendations, which will play an important role in raising awareness and addressing current challenges.
