Manama: Ali Abdulla Al Aradi, a member of the Shura Council, emphasized the crucial role of security and stability in protecting Bahrain's achievements, following remarks made by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Al Aradi highlighted that the King's remarks reflect a comprehensive national vision, underscoring the importance of these fundamentals for the Kingdom's protection.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Aradi emphasized that national belonging is evident in defending the nation's interests and identity. He stated that individuals who sympathize with or promote actions that betray the nation, or attempt to undermine it, do not belong among its people.
He further elaborated on national responsibility, stating that it requires heightened awareness and adherence to the values of citizenship and loyalty. This is essential to ensure social cohesion and reinforce the internal front in facing challenges. Al Aradi stressed that the legislative authority has a responsibility to uphold national principles and reject any positions that contradict loyalty to the Kingdom or align with threats to its security and stability.
Al Aradi praised the Bahrain Defence Force for its role in maintaining national security and defending the country's sovereignty, noting its status as a pillar of stability and protection.
He concluded by stating that His Majesty's remarks embody the nation's voice, carrying firm messages that underscore a clear vision and consistent approach in safeguarding the security and stability of Bahrain.
