Manama: Hala bint Mohamed Jaber Al Ansari, Advisor to His Majesty the King for Cultural and Scientific Affairs, visited the exhibition "His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa: Life and Legacy", currently on display at the Bahrain National Museum.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), was present during the visit. Al Ansari was briefed on the exhibition's vast collection, which includes archival photographs, personal belongings, documents, and manuscripts. These items highlight the esteemed position of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa and document his political experience, cultural presence, and significant contributions to the modern renaissance of the Kingdom.
Al Ansari emphasized the significance of such exhibitions in consolidating national heritage and highlighting influential figures in the cultural and intellectual landscape. She noted the exhibitions' role in enhancing Bahrain's cultural standing both regionally and internationally. Additionally, she praised the Bahrain National Museum for its efforts in educating the public about the Kingdom's rich civilisation, particularly in introducing younger generations to national figures whose enduring contributions have shaped Bahrain's cultural identity over the years.
