Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Records Highest Attendance in Its History


Abu dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix recorded its highest attendance on record, with 339,000 spectators during race week, including 203,000 inside Yas Marina Circuit, a 6% increase from last year. The race concluded with McLaren driver Lando Norris securing his first Formula 1 world title.



According to Bahrain News Agency, the ‘Yasalam’ entertainment programme attracted 136,000 visitors, while sustainability measures included tripling solar energy use, operating generators on 100% biofuel and producing over 260,000 litres of water to reduce plastic consumption.
