Baqubah, A person was killed and his brother was injured in a war remnant explosion east of Baqubah, the center of Diyala Governorate.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: “Two brothers found a war remnant, a heavy weapon bullet, from the remnants of the Iran-Iraq war on the outskirts of Mandali, east of Baqubah.”
He explained: “The two brothers tried to cut the bullet with an iron cutting machine, which led to its explosion and the death of one of them and the injury of the other.”
