Security forces in Basra arrested a fugitive accused of drug trafficking.
A security source stated that, after the intelligence and security services followed up on the accused and determined his location, he was arrested with another accused, and seized one kilogram and 250 grams of drugs in their possession.
The accused had fled earlier, after he opened fire while being chased and wounded a security member in Al-Arousa Square and then fled.
